Random 3DS Discussions

Hey everyone, I'm just making this thread so that we can hold our off-topic 3DS conversations here so that we don't fill up the "Nintendo 3DS Friend Codes" thread. You can talk about whatever random things you'd like to here, just keep it semi-reasonable . I hope that is okay with everyone . If not then disregard this.

Well guys, I have some bad news. The bad news is, my 3DS is now officially broken . What happened to it you may ask, well, one of the wires that connects the top screen to the motherboard of the 3DS has been severed. Due to this, I will be inactive on the 3DS and will only be active on Steam and the Wii U. I will have to send my 3DS to Nintendo for repairs, unless I can find a person who is good at repairing Nintendo systems. I'm sorry for any trouble this may have caused you, I wish it really didn't happen, I really do.

Awwphhh.... man sorry to hear that. I've never hear of that happening before.
I will wish you the best of luck Super with getting it fixed.

When did it break? It could've been water spilled on it or some function happening in your battery pack which made it cause your 3DS to break.

Yeah that is a shock because its taken me this long to get up to 100 post.
I've been here sense August, but I usually don't post that much on other forums or at all lol

well Sunny, the way it broke was that the top screen has one of its wires broken. The battery is ok, but the system itself is broken since the top and bottom halves of the 3DS have broken off each other, which is bad because some vital wires pass through the middle to the bottom part of it, where the motherboard is (an example of these wires are the two wires for the top screen and the Wi-Fi adapter's wire, which I think got severed as well :'( ). And for everybody else, I will be active on Steam and on the Wii U and you can follow me on either one, but that's if you have either the Wii U system or have Steam installed on your PC.

I don't know if I should post pics of the broken 3DS so that you can see what it looks like. If you think I should, then tell me.

well, you're welcome. So yeah, that's my 3DS as it is now. Going to get it fixed so I can play my games.
