Well, I found a "SakuraSensei" who hasn't set up their Steam account all the way yet. That must be him. I think he edited his name like you can on your friend's list.

That may possibly be her but if not I'll ask her tomorrow or whenever she's on again.

I tried adding Oathkeeper, but it said he's got a limit on his friends.

There is no limit to friends you can have. It's because your account is probably a "Free-to-Play." Though having Steam is free; free users are limited to having a few setbacks:

1) Cannot add friends; BUT friends can add them

2) Limited trading capabilities and no crafting in Team Fortress 2

3) Can only have up to 50 items in Team Fortress 2 opposed to the 300 a premium player has

It's okay to have a Free-to-Play account (some call it F2P), but it's a pain in the ass when you want to add a friend. You need to ask them to add you, and your TF2 inventory piles up FAST.

The way you fix this is you need to add a $5 (or whatever currency) minimum to your account. It will automatically give you full access to your steam account. What I then recommend is you go on Team fortress 2 Mann Co. Store and buy a Huntsman for $0.50 (Or whatever currency. It's dirt cheap). This will make your TF2 account premium; and give you a free hat! You can never go wrong with free hats!
